The week after Spring break is always a kick-off to me for gardening and planning for the Summer! I am going to miss the bliss of no-homework days but look forward to the remaining of the school year as it holds Summer Book Fair and Summer Carnivals in many schools of the area and I love both equally.

Here is my Weekly Plan:

Organize

This week my organizing project is underneath the Master Bathroom sink. I am looking to make space for everyday towels and it seems as if this is the best place for them.

Cook

I was lucky to score some really good Jamaican Jerk Sauce at the Cheese Cave in Claremont California, so I am making up a huge batch of Jerk Chicken to eat this week and freeze a few shredded for sandwiches and stuffed sweet potatoes for later.

Clean

Room focus this week will be the Master Bathroom, I figure I am in there cleaning out a cabinet so I may as well deep clean the rest.

Dream

I am dreaming of an exotic Mom-cation. Some place with sand and a quiet beach. A nice sitting area with a comfy chair, a cup of coffee and book that has very little to do with work more to do with anything else.

The Great Outdoors

Earth Day is Tuesday so I am looking to work in the great outdoors a bit and plant a herb pot or two for cooking.

I got so excited when you mentioned the Cheese Cave! I went to college in Claremont, so I have fond memories of that amazing (but very stinky) shop.

  We love Claremont Rachel, we try to swing by to check out the music shop and record shop a couple of times a year.
