Double Dog Dare : Wipe Out Dirt Memories

doubledogdare2

When I walk around my house I feel pretty comfortable.

After all it is filled with memories of my boys and my husband.   I enjoy reminiscing about past holidays, dinners, milestones and other momma brain memory clutter.

All of these memories leave their mark.  They leave happy memories and other stuff that is not so happy.  I am talking plain old dirt memories.  These memories are physical.  And although, a couple here and there are nice to look at every once in a while.  A wall full of dirt memories is just kind of well, dirty.  It comes in many forms these dirt memories.  Hand prints, finger prints, crayon drawings, an occasional ketchup smear and toddler trike tracks.   These memories can literally cover a wall inside of one day.  They are especially present in stairwells and on doors.

They must be cleaned and cleaned often.

Today is the day.

I am challenging myself to spend a good 10 minutes or so ( this mean a good three Josh Groban tunes) cleaning walls.  I am going to rock this Wednesday and wipe-out a good week’s full of dirt memories.

But not to worry you sentimental types.  Those walls will be filled with dirt memories by the end of the day.

Join Me for you are being double dog dared! : Wash walls, it will be good for you.  Getting your momma self away from the computer for a minutes is healthy. If you have any wall dirt memory horror stories please do share.

Wall Washing is Fun!

Peace out ,

Momma
