Your Daily Walk App Review

Being a busy mom is tough. Finding time to exercise can be a real challenge. It thrilled me to discover this exceptional App by Leslie Sansone Walk at Home, Your Daily Walk App. It helped me stay on track with getting those steps in while on vacation and work-related travel this summer!

Today I am sharing five reasons I love the app and one thing that would make me love it more.

(Psst, this is not a paid review, just me sharing something I love) The truth is these walking videos have made me a diehard Leslie Sansone fan and a cheerleader for her friend and fellow trainer Nick Drago.

The Daily Walk App

Before I rattle off my favorite stuff, let’s chat about the APP!

Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone was a stable in my house as videos and then DVD, that I used back when I still had a toddler in the house and most of my youthful metabolism. It gave me just enough workouts but kept me close to my boys for all the activities of a young mom.

Much like the instant access of the new app of today, the videos were low-impact workouts with options of one mile, two miles, and more! I hung out to all the DVDs and VHS tapes until we were down to only an Xbox that had a player. Then when I finally added the app to my life, I donated the tapes and gave the DVDs to friends. They are still being used and loved!

What is Your Daily Walk?

Your Daily Walk is a monthly subscription service that gives users access to a full library of amazing walking video workouts. You can save favorite walk segments, scroll through a monthly calendar of workouts, or just play through a few of that catch your eye that day. The sky is the limit to jump-start your way to a healthy life of fitness.

The Workouts

Leslie Sansone is the friendliest and most sincere of all the home fitness walking brands I have used. She seemed to realize early in the at-home workout industry that variety and the simplicity of just being able to press play would win over women and men who need more exercise in their lives.

5 Things I love about Your Daily Walk App

  1. I can add it to my iPhone, iPad, or on my TV that has web search access. I have the page saved so can easily navigate and get started! Woot!
  2. I can exercise any place that has Wi-Fi access, however, you need a decent single.
  3. I can exercise in my pajamas! (yes, I just toss on a pair of exercise shoes and go, right in my favorite PJs)
  4. I do not have to have a DVD player. (I am officially a DVD free house now, excluding the Xbox)
  5. There is an enormous variety of Indoor walks to take. If I am not feeling a three-mile walk and can just click on a one-mile walk.

The One Thing I Would Change or Upgrade On Your Daily Walk App

I would add the Chromecast or equivalent link to throw it on the screen. I love the ease of using my Cell Phone to put certain apps on the larger TV screen. It is super helpful and for some reason, the streaming works better at my house from my phone.  Busy moms would really appreciate the time saving when using their television online access to get to the app, load it for the day, and start exercising. In a busy mom’s life every second count. http://www.trauma-pages.com/s/generic-cialis.php

Facts: This is a paid membership for just under 50 bucks per year or around 5 bucks per month. It really is quite a bargain in my humble opinion. https://www.onlinemmjlosangeles.com/blog/clomid-over-the-counter/

Let’s wrap this up. I will totally renew my subscription next year. For my busy mom lifestyle, this App has truly been helpful. It is simple to use, always handy on my iPhone, and helps to get my heart pumping and my body moving. I love it.

  1. I am going to check into this. I do her DVD’s 3 to 4 times a week. And I belong to a gym. But like you say it is easier to work out in PJ’s. Plus when I am waiting for paint to dry I do a half hour. So easy to exercise this way.

  2. I have done her DVD’s in the past! Leslie Sansone has a such a genuine personality and happy demeanor. It makes it so easy to work out with her. My workout DVD collection is maybe around 100… you cannot beat working out at home! Thanks for sharing this info about the app!

  3. Great succinct review. I think I have done some of Leslie Sansone’s videos sometime in my past. Maybe even some kind of VHS tape when I was pregnant. While you are DVD free, we still have a VHS player. HA! Not sure why.

Love that this is a workout you can fit in anywhere. A mile walk in your pjs and tennies is sometimes all I can manage.

  4. Hey this Helen i have been walking with u for about 2 momths in am loving it i have loose 10lb i love ui have try everything to loose weight dieting no results

  5. I enjoy the AP and do it 5 days a week. One thing I don’t like is too much talking to all the walkers. I don’t want to socialize I want to work out

  6. I’ve tried to cancel this payment to this app three months ago and would like a full refund.

I’ve sent emails and never a response

I hope this comment reached the person or department that could help me

  7. I just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful and enthusiastic program of Walk! I love it! I had been in other programs but this is the BEST!! Thank you!!!!
    From Dominican Republic!!!

  8. Thanks for reviewing this app. It has helped me decide if I will be purchasing it. Do you know how to cancel this subscription? This is my final concern. I don’t appreciate it when companies make it super hard to end a subscription.

    Thanks 🙂

    1. I have not had a problem with this, but if you start through your App it usually means you can end through the app. Another way is to use the system by buying just the videos you want to watch.

  9. I want to unsubscribe from your monthly payment. You don’t allow it. I asked via mails, phone and you don’t seem concern with my demand. My canadian bank is ready to sue you…

  10. The Walk at Home customer service is awful. Send an email to them and track how long it takes to hear back. No phone number to be found so if your access isn’t working you could be down quite some time.

    1. They now have a new App, hopefully this will help. Have you tried reaching out via Linked In?
What exercise program do you like best? I still use sthis one daily, I love the new one, and I am not a sponsor or anything. I bought a Pelaton bike and rarely use it.

  11. WHEN I can get this thing to work on my Apple TV, I like it.

However….. when it doesn’t work, look out. Customer Service for this app is ABYSMAL. HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. INCOMPETENT. USELESS. You will spend hours of your life that you will never get back again just trying to make stuff work. The customer service reps will give you instructions that have nothing to do with whatever is on your screen and they won’t ever seem to realize that they are going by an old screen.

    It is SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

    You have been warned.

    1. Truly sorry you are having a tought time, but I am a blogger and not affiliated with Leslie Sansone. I use a Kindle Fire Stick, have not tried it with apple. I will say I have to reboot often but I think my tv has aged out! Good luck!
