Super Easy Free Printable for Busy Moms To Jump Start Healthy Goals

Bright and early this coming Monday I am jump starting my first tiny, tiny steps toward a healthier lifestyle.  As much as I would like to keep a detailed calorie burning, food consuming, water drinking, step taking data sheet I am just too busy.  And I figured I cannot be the only momma in the whole world that needs to take this tiny, tiny step toward healthier goals.

Note: With any, any kind of exercise you must get your doctor’s approval before you begin.  

The free printable data sheet for busy mom’s health goals runs from Monday – Sunday. But there is nothing stopping you from starting right away this weekend.

The first section is a nifty spot to write your attainable health goals with a tiny, tiny step toward healthier.

Example:

Eat Well Goals- I am omitting fried food in all shapes and forms.

Sleep Goals – I am making a pinky promise to be in bed by 10:30 every night.

Movement Goals: A short walk every single day. My treadmill surely misses me.

Other Goal: Removing all nitrate infused food from my family’s plate.

Then for the week I will just simply check mark or draw a happy face in each slot I accomplish.  Of course I will have to think of some sort of prize if I really do well.  Like shopping without children for an hour or so, coffee in hand, minus the grocery list.  I am talking just shopping and eyeballing all that momma eye-candy they seem to stash in Nordstroms and Macys.
