Take 5 Tuesday- A Door, A Porch and a Song

The Fourth of July is just around the corner.  This is a very special day and we should take a moment and tidy up the front of our homes to show how proud we are to live in a free country.

  1. Dust the cobwebs off the light fixture.
  2. Give the front door a quick cleaning.
  3. Sweep the porch.
  4. And if you have a festive flag or wreath, hang it up.
  5. Take a look at your apartment and home and then take a moment to thank a soldier and send up a prayer or two.

 

And if you are feeling particularly brave…..

 

Sing  The National Anthem to your children with the biggest booming momma voice you can find.
