Busiest Moms in the World Spring Clean Challenge Day 3

We are working the the living areas and entryway today.

Yesterday we attacked dust and cobwebs on the walls. Today we are going to clean the dirty spots. Of course, if I had an army of wall washers I would say, hey we should clean the whole walls top to bottom. But in most homes that is not the case.

So for the busiest moms in the world here is my humble mommas suggestion: Eyeball the wall and you will probably realize that most of the really dirty spots are about the height of your children. This is you area of focus.

Clean the areas of focus with your favorite wall cleaner or just try a microfiber cloth and plain old water for most smudges and general dirt.

For crayon marking I have had success with baking soda on dampened cloth but use the products you trust,  am no expert.  Some folks love using the Magic Eraser, but I only use it as a last resort. I try to keep my cleaning products as natural as possible.

Work on the walls between 5 and 15 minutes and remember to leave that mean old Penelope Perfect out of you cleaning time! She might make you feel like you needs to do the walls top to bottom, but she does not have to make school lunches, dinner and hall the kids around all day!

Just the Facts Momma:

Clean only the dirty parts of the wall with your favorite wall cleaner for 5 – 15 minutes.

I love this challenge. I totally want to do this. We have marks all over our walls, and Mr. Clean ain’t working very well, I’m totally going to try the baking soda. There’s so much you can do with that stuff its amazing.
    Thanks
