Today is a great day for a walk!  
A short walk, a long walk, a skipping walk, a rolling walk, even  a rainy day walk. ( but no lightening folks, that stuff is dangerous)

Today is a great day for even a treadmill walk or a walking video with Leslie Sansone.

The point is we will get more things finished around the house and generally be in a better mood if we get some exercise.  So, if the good Lord gave you a means to move then we really need to take advantage of it and GET MOVING!

Simple Daily Challenge : Get 15 to 30 minutes of movement today… some kind of exercise.*
