Super Simple Pumpkin Spiced Creamed Cheese Spread – Dip – Low Sugar Option

Ingredients:

  • 8oz whipped cream cheese
  • Sugars: – You pick what is best for your lifestyle and health.
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar -or 1 or 2 packs of NuNaturals or your favorite sweetener packet.
  • 1 teaspoon good vanilla
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin spice, I love Penzeys Pumpkin Spice… smells heavenly

 

Instructions

  1. Take the whipped cream cheese, the sugar blend of your choice and the pumpkin pie spice and stir until smooth. It is super easy with the pre-whipped cream cheese.
  2. Serve with Granny Smith apple wedges and celery sticks if you are on team low sugar.
    Serve with assorted colored apple wedges, celery and you can add a few bagel chips (plain) or graham cracker rectangles if you can handle the calories and sugar.
  3. Garnish the dip with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice for some added fancy.
