ITALIAN STYLE TUNA SALAD NO MAYO RECIPE

  • 1 can tuna packed in water drained or one can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna
  • 1 cup fresh chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 10 small green olives with pimento olives (Diced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped Flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 scallion greens thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized glass bowl
    2. Serve at room temperature right away or refrigerate up to two days.
