Fresh and Delicious Thai Tuna Salad with Peanut dressing is the perfect meal for busy families who love to try new things!
1/2 cup peanut butter natural, unsweetened
• 2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
• 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
• 2 TBSP brown sugar
• 2 tsp sriracha
• 1 TBSP fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 2-4 TBSP water
1. Combine all ingredients except water. Whisk to fully combine.
2. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Serve this as a dipping sauce or dressing.
Rice crackers are a nice addition to this Thai Tuna Salad with Peanut Dressing.
