How To Grill Ribeye Steak On A Gas Grill

Grilled to perfection ribeye steaks are the perfect meal for any time.

Ingredients

  • 4 Thick Ribeye Steaks
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Take steaks out of fridge thirty minutes prior to grilling.
  2. Heat up the gas grill to Medium-High around 350 degrees using surface grate thermometer
  3. Grill each side of the steaks for 5 minutes or until 130 degrees
  4. Let rest for five minutes to maintain juiciness.
  5. Serve with favorite sides. Maybe a little steak sauce!

Notes

Some folks like a rare steak. Here is a guide for internal temperatures for rare to well-done. Remember steak will still cook for a couple of minutes after removal from hot grill.

120° F = Rare
130° F = Medium rare
140° F = Medium
160° F = Well done
