Grilled to perfection ribeye steaks are the perfect meal for any time.
Some folks like a rare steak. Here is a guide for internal temperatures for rare to well-done. Remember steak will still cook for a couple of minutes after removal from hot grill.
120° F = Rare
130° F = Medium rare
140° F = Medium
160° F = Well done
