Delicious moist skinless boneless chicken breast cooked in a Crock Pot or slow cooker.  Perfect for salad and many recipes.

Ingredients

  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper (Use white pepper if you have a picky eater in the house!)
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place a single layer of boneless skinless chicken breast into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Consider adding a teaspoon of kosher salt and a teaspoon of onion powder for best flavor.
  3. Cook on low for approximately 3-4 hours or until the chicken reads 165°F on a digital thermometer. This low setting ensures juicy slow cooker chicken breast.

You will need to adjust the cooking time for your slow cooker, especially is using a larger oval slow cooker to cook more than 3 chicken breasts at a time.
