Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 5 large strawberries, chopped
  • 1 strawberry, halved
  • 2 tablespoons pecan pieces
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons chocolate sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons salted caramel sauce
  • Fresh mint sprig, optional

Instructions

  • Arrange sliced banana in the bottom of a shallow bowl or plate. Create and X shape if you want the turtle shape.
  • Add cottage cheese in three small scoops over the banana. Leave the little feet of the banan showing.
  • Spoon chopped strawberries around the cottage cheese.
  • Use one halved strawberry for the turtle head and tail.
  • Add pecan pieces near the banana slices for little turtle feet.
  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce and salted caramel.
  • Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

This bowl is sweet enough for dessert but still works as a fun high-protein breakfast. Use as much banana, sauce, or pecans as fits your own nutrition goals.
