Remembering 9-11 With My Son – Tuesday’s Simple Daily Challenge
Its a busy, busy day here at Momma’s house. I am right in the midst of Book Fair week and this is my first year to close down shop each day. ( Remember, I am making more time to say yes this year!)
It is also September 11 and to observe this day Johnny and I will be reading about the brave people who put their lives on the line to save lives that day. I am also purchasing the book I Survived the Attacks of September 11 at the book fair today, it is also available on Amazon.com. We will read this book together through the week.
We will also enjoy playing board games for family game night. Because, this is what I learned from that awful day. I learned to make time for what is really important in my life, my family. I also learned that when I do make time to spend with my family I remove all other distractions especially my cell phone.
Today’s Simple Daily Challenge
Take Two Tuesday- Master Bathroom
Take Two Minutes – Empty out as many trash cans as time allows. You will be surprised what you can do in two minutes.
Take Two Minutes- Grab a feather duster, microfiber cloth or old rag and dust any kind of pictures and light fixtures you have in the master bathroom. Make sure the lights are off before you begin!
Take Two Minutes- Tidy up the bathroom counter. Put away all stray items and organize the counter as fast as you can.
