Roasted Cabbage Steaks with Balsamic Mustard Dressing
Psst! I discovered I love Roasted Cabbage Steaks. I have been participating in the Whole 30 program and have been eating salad and greens with nearly every meal. I was so burned out on Romaine lettuce and spinach that I had to try something new. All of the yummy cabbage recipes seemed to have honey or other things not on plan. So I came up with this savory recipe and really, really love the tangy balsamic paired with tart and robust Dijon mustard. Roasted in the oven this dish came out beautifully. I recommend using a spatula to remove your steaks as they will be tender and you want to keep their wonderful round shape for serving.

Pam, this is right up my alley! My hubby and I both want to try this!!
My favorite condiment is a mustard with a kick! I have a head of cabbage in the fridge because I couldn’t fit two in my Corned Beef crock pot, so I am going to make this tonight! Thanks for being so creative with cabbage! I love it.
These sound delish, Pam! I’m a vegetarian and always looking for new dishes. I’ve pinned these to try. I found you from the I Am Pinnable Party; it’s so nice to meet you!

I wish I could try it but I am allergic to mustard but it looks great Pam
Is it the tumeric? You can always cook down balsamic vinegar and make these!
