2nd Annual October Grateful Challenge

Hi Friends! Today I am taking a moment to ask you to join me in the 2nd Annual October Grateful Challenge!   31 Days of Grateful!  A way to have real discussions with your family about the abundance in your life. A way to give back to the community and share your abundance before the holiday rush!  We had over 200 participants last year! That is quite a bit of food to give to those in need!  So please read on if you would like to participate!

31 Days of Grateful Feed The Hungry Challenge

2nd Annual October Grateful Challenge

Food banks and pantries are often swamped during the colder months as well as around the holidays. Although several food pantries have access to Foodshare ( local pantries still have to pay for Foodshare items, but the cost is greatly reduced) many staples are not available and we rely on donations to keep much-needed proteins, like tuna and peanut butter along with pasta sauce and even macaroni and cheese! The challenge is simple. Each day add one canned or dry food item to a box and as a family talks about how grateful you are that you have been blessed with so many things that you are sharing your abundance with those in need.

At the end of the 31 days drop off your donation to your closest Food Pantry. – Don’t miss the free participation printable below! Please do not reproduce!
