What’s For Dinner and What’s Happening at Momma’s This Week

Hooray for a new week!  I am sharing What’s For Dinner again this week and we will be finishing up the Dream, Plan, Do project!  I hope you had a restful weekend, or at least one or two breaks.

Here is what is cooking at Momma's house and what is happening this week on the blog.Monday – Grilled Chicken Breast, Green salad with Dijon vinaigrette and vine-ripened tomatoes with a little pasta for the boys.

Tuesday – Turkey Meatloaf – Gluten Free and Paleo Friendly –  Served with sautéed spinach and apple slices.

Wednesday – Roast Whole Chicken with tons of lemon for punch and a blend of dried Italian seasonings with roasted cabbage and carrots in the pan. A one pot meal! Woo hoo!

Thursday – Against the Grain Pizza  – Busy night plus prepping for a fun meeting.

Friday-  Indian – My favorite dinner out.

Saturday – Grilled Salmon, Baked Sweet Potato Fries, and Cherry Pepper Slaw

Sunday- Meatballs and Zucchini pasta for me, gluten-free noodles for the boys. Arugula salad tossed in olive oil and lemon juice.

What’s Happening:

This week we are finishing up the Dream, Plan, Do.   I am excited to get my goals in order as planned, by early February. It was a big deal to me to stick to taking my time to decide so that I could truly commit!

We will also have a Mardi Gras Inspiration post, for those of you who celebrate. From a Design/Decorating perspective the colors are just so much fun. It is my dream to do my entire house in the style of New Orleans at Christmas just one year. But for now, I can enjoy dreaming.

I hope you all have a fabulous week!

Pam
