Easter Menu Printable and My Non-Traditional Easter Dinner
I have finished the final draft of our Easter menu for this year. I was trying my best to keep it simple but had to have some family favorites and a couple of new recipes that I will be sharing this week. Yummy Apple Pecan Broccoli Salad with a dazzling honey dijon dressing and Cucumber, Radish, Mint Salad with a Lemon Dressing. I will also be making traditional deviled eggs and my mom’s pineapple gravy, which I am very excited about! Easter is a wonderful time for family and good food, a time to reflect generously on what we have to be thankful for and the joy of Spring and the beauty of our faith. I hope your Easter is filled with so many things but above all peace and happiness with a dash of yummy.
