My caramel apple kits have always been a big hit with the teachers as Christmas gifts. It is so simple and does not cause clutter! I am so excited to share my Caramel Apple Kit Gift Baskets and the super simple DIY gift tag today!Materials For Easy Caramel Apple Kit Gift Basket
Here is what you need for this project
One Cute Basket. The size depends on how many apples you would like to gift your recipient!
Apples – I use a variety!
Dipping Caramel – Try finding a gourmet version or just use whatever you can find in the grocery store.
Printable Gift Tag (Free in my Resource Library get the password in the bottom of this post)
White Cardstock (This is what I use)
Ribbon or String
to tie on the gift tag. I love colorful bakers twine 
for tags!
A Way to Cut the Paper (I used this)
but scissors will work!
Hole Puncher – This one is great. 
Optional: Cellophane Bag t
o wrap the basket and goodies up for raffles. Make sure to measure for the size bag you need.
Extras: I was lucky to find adorable Apple Orchard Cocktail Napkins at Homegoods.
Directions:
- Arrange apples in the basket. I chose several varieties to make it visually interesting.
- Place the caramel dipping sauce jar into the arrangement. Take care that the jar is secure. I sometimes use sticker large craft dots for this purpose. However, if you wrap it up in the cellophane, it holds everything in place for travel.
- Add remaining Apple theme items ( I used cocktail napkins)
For local gift-giving, I make sure the jar is secure, or pop it into my purse and carefully place it right before we gift the basket to the recipient!
