Happy Monday Friends! This week for supper we are taking advantage of our long-time friend the slow cooker. I mean I do love my Instant Pot, don’t’ get me wrong. But I also love the ease of dump and go recipes for a good-old-fashioned slow cooker.

We are also sticking to a low-carb clean eating lifestyle, which makes recipes this week healthy full of savory meats and yummy vegetables.

Featuring tantalizing Kalua Pork with Roasted Cabbage Planks and BBQ seasoned slow-cooked turkey thighs served with roasted corn and Brussel Sprouts.

Slow Cooker Recipes You Are My Best Friend

Of course with the glass lid for your instant pot you can use the slow cooker setting. Find it here.  I also have two slow cookers I love, one from William’s Sonoma, which is amazing and this one from the makers of Crock Pot.  I use a gas stove so add my trusty diffuser to protect the ceramic insert. Here is the heart diffuser I use.  It works great!
