Today I am making up some nice cold drinks for my family to keep them away from the soda pop monster. It really is very simple keeping the fridge filled with healthy drinks. I enjoy a tall glass of iced tea, my husband likes his a bit sweetened and my son enjoys fruit flavored waters. Today I am making all three and we will have them all ready for dinner tonight a crock pot full of jambalaya served with steamy hot rice and its Paleo cousin cauliflower.
