I have always been an advocate of the 5-minute morning power walk to boost our mom moods and help us start our day with a little more momma pep.
Happily I found a Leslie Sansone video on You Tube that you can do near your desk or works station! So just for you today take the 5-minute power walk and bookmark the video when you need a little pep in your step.
Try adding a power walk to your morning or afternoon routine it will give you a boost of energy.
*please note any kind of exercise needs a doctor’s approval. Even just five simple minutes.
