Mmm, the eating is good here at Momma’s house. Who can resist the tantalizing aroma of bbq brisket after a long day at school or work? Our boys are definitely on team carnivore and this slow-cooker recipe hits the spot every time.

I often time grab two large briskets to cook, one for supper (It does shrink) and one to put in the freezer for another meal or two. Why? Because this is one of the really long slow cooker meals.  Slow-cooked brisket can take 10 hours to cook and even up to 12!

#Pro Tip! Start the brisket in the slow cooker first thing in the morning!
