In honor of this amazing day I am whipping up my famous Three Citrus BBQ Sauce! I am actually shopping today for the ingredients. I will for sure share the recipe one day, but the secret ingredient is this…. NEVER be afraid to go bold in BBQ sauce. Be fearless in the spices, the citrus, the kind of base you use be it tomato, mayo, oil, or mustars. Just keep trying new varieties. I also will add, Grapefruit can be wildly wonderful in BBQ sauce. Its the 4th of July, get creative! Psst! While you are cooking enjoy this simple appetizer with a nice glass of lemonade. 4th Of July Grape and Cheese Appetizer
- Grilled and Slathered BBQ Boneless Chicken Thighs
Ribeye Steak seared and slathered with garlic butter - Cucumber Potato Salad – light and delicious!
