The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
In the world of fantasy four children go exploring , open a wardrobe and discover a magical world named Narnia .
What an adventure!
When I step into my wardrobe it is not magical at all, but a messy mixed-up jumble or everything. What a bummer.
They say that change is good. They also say that busy moms are some of the most stressed out folks on the planet.
Would we be less stressed if we could for one instant walk to our closet and feel adventurous? Joyful? Magical even?
I say, “ Throw caution to the wind and let the magic begin, today!”
But wait, I don’t have time to make my closet magical! I don’t have extra cash lying around to hire a cool lion actor to hang out in my closet and talk to me every morning or a machine to blow random snow throughout the day.
No worries mommas…. we have our bags for donations and trash and we have our imaginations. The only thing we are missing is a Fantastical Number and I am choosing the Number Three .
For 3 weeks every day take 3 minutes and work on your closet to make it the best closet it can be.
- You may like to take a before photo for nostalgia.
- You may want to do the whole thing in one day.
- You may want to paint the whole thing shiny purple. ( my husband would freak)
- You may decide this is all lunacy and just sit and have a cup of tea.
But I am going to give a pinky promise to do this challenge and share a picture twice a week to show my progress. Why? Because I am tired of a messy, mixed-up closet and I want a bit of Narnia in my life.
