Our amazing easy recipe for green olive tuna salad is a must in your budget-friendly recipe arsenal. It is simple but so yummy!

I made this dish for lunch today and was so happy that I did not have to worry over a ton of ingredients. This tuna salad recipe only has three! But the flavor of the briny olive with a hint of may make a great sandwich.  Leftovers will be on the menu tomorrow with salad greens and a side of my favorite Gluten Free Crackers. 

We buy tuna in bulk, many times at Costco, but sometimes online through Amazon. Here is my favorite brand of canned tuna. It also comes in a no salt added version. 

Large stuffed pimento green olives give the wow factor of color in the Three Ingredient Green Olive Tuna Salad recipe. Hint, save two to three olive to slice and add to the top for presentation.

I will not lie Y’all, for a simple recipe this tuna salad is YUMTASTIC!

Three Ingredient Green Olive Tuna Salad Easy Recipe

Green Olive Tuna Salad perfect for a sandwich, on top of lettuce green, or served with your favorite crackers.

Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 5oz Can Tuna In Water
  • 4 to 5 Large Stuffed Pimento Green Olives
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonaise

Instructions

Mix ingredients together in a medium sized glass bowl. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for serving later.

Notes

You can use Greek olives! But the color of the green olive stuffed with pimentos is so lovely.

  1. You can’t go wrong with just three ingredients for a quick meal, Pam! YUM!!! I have a friend who introduced me to tuna with pico de gallo mixed in ~ it’s delicious!!! Another for you to try with just a little black pepper, garlic powder and quacamole. It’s really good!

  2. It’s delicious and that’s the ONLY way that I eat tuna! It’s funny because I always thought that I was a little weird by adding olives to the tuna but I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one!! 🙂
