40 Day Clutter Challenge – Kitchen Cabinets
Today we are working in the kitchen and diving in and decluttering our kitchen cabinets with a focus on the lower cabinets. When I am cleaning or organizing my “Down Under” cabinets I keep a handy-dandy little footstool around to save my poor knees from the hardwood floor. It really reduces the fatigue of a deep cleaning session and also comes in handy to clean the deepest part of a microwave that is just out of reach or an oven.

QUOTE OF THE DAY
No matter what the recipe, any baker can do wonders in the kitchen with some good ingredients and an upbeat attitude! ~ Buddy Valastro
No, I am going to have some quote-tastic fun and change this one into a nice home-making quote.

CHALLENGE: Take 20 minutes and organize and tidy underneath the kitchen cabinets. Remember our goal is to get rid of at least 12 items per day for 40 days. If you no longer use it, love it or need it then make a decision.
The beautiful thing about decluttering kitchen cabinets and then organize them by grouping like items together is that you can tidy the room so very QUICKLY!
QUESTION: What is your favorite item, tool, small appliance in your kitchen and how long do you use it?

Our kitchen cabinets are such a mess right now. Sometimes I think a small, isolated fire is the only solution ;o)
I’m actually looking forward to having my kids help me revamp them during Spring Break. They are not quite as excited as I am about that idea.
Good timing! I was about to have another pantry deep clean in our kitchen. I have plans but eh days are just slipping by when all I want to do is to rest. But on ward I shall! 🙂
Jenny, I am trying to find ways to regain some energy!
Good to know I am not alone in feeling tired. My spirit is willing but my flesh is weak. Plan has switched from pantry to schoolroom. Too many books to organize and am having a hard time to let them go!
