Here’s a week’s worth of easy, yummy dinner recipes. These dishes are simple, delicious, and perfect for those jam-packed days. Don’t forget, fresh fruit for dessert is always a great idea. Monday: Mediterranean White Bean Pasta Salad

(Yes, planned so that the kiddos eat plain hotdogs with their topping of choice (ketchup or Cheese Whiz) and you can slather yours with leftover homemade chili from the night before!
I call these piggyback tips! Cook a little extra for lunches and to use for another meal that week!
