Case of the Missing Black Boots – Busiest Moms in the World Clutter Challenge
I can’t find my favorite black boots. Well, as far as I know I think I have a cute pair of black boots. But, who knows if I have black boots. I can’t find my boots because there are so many pairs of shoes in my closet that I am not sure if I actually bought the black boots in the first place or if the closet is giving me hallucinations for all the shoes scattered stack and taking over closet floor space.
For the love of chocolate and peanut butter, I hardly ever wear most of these shoes and some of them I have not worn since my last pregnancy.
Why of why do feet grow after you are pregnant. Or is it all feet grow as we get older and by age 70 I will be sporting some size 12 boats?
How many shoes do you have? Too many, too few or some place in the middle? Are they worn, can you wiggle your little toe through a few holes? Do you adore your shoes or are some of them weighing your awesome mommy attitude down?
Today we are hanging out with our shoes. Today we are going to sift through them and keep the ones we love and donate or toss the ones that are not so perfect for our tootsies and heels any longer.
Lets get started:
Grab a bag or box and a trash bag.
Go through those shoes, flats, heels and boots and keep what you love and let go of what we don’t.
If you need a new pair, go ahead and write it down on your very own momma wish list.
How many of you have loved ones who ask what you might like as a gift during the holidays and you reply “oh, nothing,, just a happy family”? Well, if you keep a list and go on a little try it on anti-shopping trip you will know exactly what to tell them.
Apparently I may new some black boots. Good heavens do women still wear black boots? Or can’t I wear my favorite tennis shoes with my dress pants for church this Sunday? Wait, forget the boots I want some sparkly heels and a hour break to get my tootsies painted flaming flamingo pink.
Have fun moms! You are totally worth a tidy bedroom and a uncluttered closet and so am I!
well I tried the earlier stuf but my hubby tore his ACL and nowI am trying to be mom, dad, housekeeper, nurse, etc
Oh no! I hope it mends quickly.
