I love the picture and their bathing suits.
I never paint my nails. If I do I feel very uncomfortable, like my fingers don’t really belong to me.
I feel the same about my finger nails, but like to have my toes a fun color during the warm days of the year. My husband thought the picture of the ladies was scary. lol
I need this so much. My eyes are really on for Task 2.
Thank you Kristine, I used the 5 minute power walk in the morning when I had Post Partum Depression and it really helped me, that is intially why I wrote about it.
Pam
Lately, I’ve been exercising every morning, as a priority. It really lifts my spirits to know I’ve done something for myself, to keep my body healthy and my mind strong. I’m teaching my daughter (14) the same. We’re about to go for a jog. Thanks for a great post!
Great idea Lisa!
We should all take time for ourselves every day, but unfortunately, I don’t think that happens for most of us. I’d love to go get a pedicure though. It sounds really nice.
