Just Breathe – Take A Mom Break

Now that the full back-to school schedule is in effect and  we moms are so busy that we are seeing stars and dancing pink elephants from the stress of trying to do everything, we need to take a moment  and just  breathe.

I encourage you to schedule 5 minutes  today of mediation or prayer time to help you to remember that even though your life is generally all about your family, taking care of your home and your crazy busy calendar, you should realize that you are just as important as all of these things.

Take 5 simple minutes today and Just Be You.

  1. BabyGirl and I used to tell each other to BREATHE when we were anxious or angry about something. She had it tattoed to her forearm for a reminder when she is in one of those situations and I am not around to tell her to BREATHE! 🙂
