Hi Friends! Happy Monday!  This week we are finishing up the Holiday Shine Challenges, Kicking -Off the Christmas Home Tour, and keeping busy wrapping gifts, planning meals, and being merry!

We are keeping the menu plan simple, because busy moms actually deserve a break during the holidays and all that shopping, preparing, and cooking can be quite exhausting.

Here is the Menu Plan for the Week

Monday: Balsamic Turkey Breast,  Balsamic and Honey Green Beans, and Mashed Potatoes
Tuesday: Leftover Turkey Breast, Fresh Fruit, and Salad
Wednesday: Pasta with Meatballs-  A Pantry Dinner
Thursday: Sub sandwiches for the boys and salad for me. (Busy day)
Friday: Dinner Out – See the Lights!
Saturday: Turkey Chili and Cornbread from the freezer stash.
Sunday: Pizza and a Movie Night

  1. Hi Pam: It sounds like your going to have a fun week. Dinner out and looking at Christmas lights. That is such a fun activity.

    I think its great how your organized as far as meal planning goes. That way your meals have balance. They look really good.

    Glad to see your enjoying some of the Christmas activities. Were hitting the home stretch to the holidays now.
