Cleaning List for the Week

Monday – Deep Clean Kitchen – Choose wisely on major appliance or area to deep clean. This I suggest cleaning and organizing the pantry. It is so much easier to put together a quick pantry meal when the pantry is well-organized and stocked with a few staples.

Tuesday – Bathroom – Give the bathrooms and good scrubbing, especially, tubs, showers, sinks and mirrors.

Wednesday   Dust and Mirrors and Windows –  Dust all the furniture and doodads, shine all mirrors and windows on the inside.

Thursday –  Front Porch/Door  –  Clear cobwebs from the corners and knooks, wipe down front door, and sweep the porch.

Friday – Declutter-one area for 5 to 10 minutes or catch up on anything that was missed during the week . Keep it simple, Friday is for family and fun!

Saturday – Linens and extra laundry. Don’t you love the idea of fresh smelling sheets and towels!

Sunday  Free Day – Family Day – An opportunity for movement!

Momma’s Book Shelf

Like most moms, I am super, super busy. But I have made a decision to add 20 minutes per day of movement and a 10 minute twice a week for strength training. These are my baby steps. I am using this nifty book as a guide.  If you are a fitness mom this small goal may seem ridiculous at best, but I am on team baby steps right now and iti s good for me. 🙂

101 Ways to Work Out with Weights: Effective Exercises to Sculpt Your Body and Burn Fat!

This book is great if you just have a couple of hand weights sitting around gathering dust (guilty as can be I am ) and really want to dust them off and get some strength training in at home.

Have a super week!

Pam
