Veggie Bootcamp Update #3
We are still moving right along in our summer Veggie Boot Camp! I am so proud of my little guy trying new things and learning a healthier lifestyle.
We have added over 20 new vegetables, fruits and meal plans so far this summer. I am proud to say J3 is eating green beans and pasta with tomato based sauce.
However, the biggest surprise is that when we have dinner out he is no longer just automatically ordering pasta with butter and cheese, chicken nuggets and fries, and pizza. He now orderes grilled chicken sandwiches, grilled chicken with veggies, and sometimes even fish!
Give Veggie Boot Camp a try. Help your little ones and sometimes older children learn how to eat healthy without the whining and tears.
Wow, 20 new vegetables! I just might have to do this boot camp with our family. I’ll admit, we’re all on the picky side and really that needs to change.
