This week we are making Monday – Meatless Macaroni Monday! There is nothing that will stretch a budget like some pasta and frozen veggies!

Ideas for MMM – Meatless Macaroni Monday
- Garden Veggie Pasta Salad – So Good
- Spicy Roasted Vegetables Mac – N – Cheese
- One-Pot Vegan Chili Mac
- Hearty Vegetable Macaroni Soup
- Pasta with Lentils ( just sub with Macaroni noodles!)

Here is our Menu For the Week
Meatless Macaroni Monday – Gluten Free Hawaiian Macaroni Salad,
with fresh watermelon slices and papaya chunks.
Tuesday – Ground Turkey Tacos with these fun Nacho Cheese shells and all the fixings.
I use this organic spice mix and one small can of tomato sauce to flavor the meat.
Wacky Wednesday – Pizza Bagels with Fresh Watermelon Fresca
Simple: Slather on a bit of pizza sauce, add cheese and favorite topping and bake in a 425-degree oven until cheese melts and turns golden.
Watermelon Fresca ( Watermelon blended with Ice and Sugar) Add other juices for extra flavor, like pineapple and mango.
Thursday – BYO – Build Your Own Sandwich Platter with Chips and Veggie Crudites
Friday – Dinner Out – We support local family owned fabulous restaurants!
Saturday – Family Favorites – Juicy Thick Cut Pork Chops
with Creamy Mashed Potatoes, and Garlicky Spinach
Sunday – Baked Salmon with Mustard Dill Sauce
with rice and green beans.
