Ingredients
- 5 Tablspoons Smoked Paprika
- 4 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablsoon DriedThyme
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Mix these spices together and store in an air tight conatiner. Mason jars work very well.
Notes
To make this into a wonderful BBQ rub add 3 to 4 tablespoon brown sugar.

I absolutely love this seasoning!! I made a pork tenderloin in the crockpot and rubbed the seasoning all over it, added a cup of water with a teaspoon of beef bouillon, left it on for 6-8 hrs on low . It was amazingly tasty and tender!!
