My mom always had several cans of tuna in the pantry, and we always had plenty of eggs, jarred sweet pickle relish, and mayonnaise. (never had Miracle Whip, but it works in this recipe!) Tuna Egg Salad With Sweet Pickle Relish
Easy and delicious tuna salad recipe with sweet pickle relish and eggs. So good.
Ingredients
- 1 (5oz)can tuna, drained
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, eggs, sweet pickle relish, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately in sandwiches or on top of a crisp green salad.
Notes
Feel free to add a hint of mustard, finely diced onions or celery! We like to keep it simple for quick lunches. Enjoy!

Yes! They do make a sweet/dill mix now, I saw at the market. Dill save on sugar and calories, but honestly, a little sugar makes tuna taste better! HA!
