How To Make Tuna Salad with Pickle Relish and Eggs
My favorite was with extra mayo on toast and a slice of fresh tomato. My mom always had several cans of tuna in the pantry, and we always had plenty of eggs, jarred sweet pickle relish, and mayonnaise. (never had Miracle Whip, but it works in this recipe!) You must have this recipe in your pantry recipe arsenal! Tuna Salad with Egg and sweet pickle relish! It is the best recipe for tuna salad with mayo and is so easy to make. Lunches and Dinners should not break the bank and they should be simple for busy moms and dads! Tuna salad is yummy, healthy, and easy to make.
Use Mustard To Add Extra Flavor
Jazz up this simple tuna salad recipe with finely diced fresh red or sweet onion, a bit of mustard, chopped celery or shredded carrot. But honestly, t is so good with just the ingredients listed in the recipe below.

Tuna Salad With Relish
- 1 (5oz)can tuna, drained
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, eggs, sweet pickle relish, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately in sandwiches or on top of a crisp green salad.
Feel free to add a hint of mustard, finely diced onions or celery! We like to keep it simple for quick lunches. Enjoy!
