This simple carrot recipe requires only a hand full of ingredients including bagged shredded carrots, real butter, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
Simply heat butter in a medium skillet on moderately high heat. Once melted add shredded carrots, water, soy sauce, and a pinch or two of salt and pepper. Fry until carrots begin to turn a golden brown.
Give the golden brown carrots a taste and adjust seasonings. Serve right away with your favorite rice and a protein.

Stir Fry Shredded Carrots
Savory and Sweet stir fry shredded carrots are made with simple ingredients in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 -10oz bag shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a heavy 10 to 12 inch skillet melt butter over moderately high heat. Add shredded carrots, soy sauce and a pinch or two of salt and pepper.
- Fry carrots stirring occasionally until golden brown.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Serve hot.
Notes
If you are Vegan use coconut aminos and olive oil or avocado oil.
