- Monday: Buttery Lemon Parsley Noodles Easy Recipe and a big green salad!
- Tuesday: Taco Salad, I replace beef with Soy Chorizo!
- Wednesday: Crispy Salt and Pepper Chicken Thigh, Roasted Corn
- Thursday: Leftover Chicken and Corn in Fried Rice with Egg*
- Friday: Italian Tuna Salad (No Mayo)
- Saturday: Local Diner Dinner Out or Build Your Own Baked Potato Bar
- Sunday: Rotisserie Chicken, Buttered Potatoes, and Arkansas Cucumber Radish Salad
